RSM currently has openings for business-minded individuals to join ourTechnology Consulting (TC) practice as a D365 Managed Services intern onMicrosoft's flagship Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) product. Our TCPractice works with our clients' executive leadership teams to achieve theirbusiness objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processesand technology. As a Consulting Intern, you will receive mentoring from ourexperienced team and have access to a variety of technology and training tojump start your career.

You will beexposed to several aspects of all our Consulting Practices including:

• Engagingwith clients and ensuring Business objectives are aligned with IT Strategy
• Business solutionsand operations best practices
• Consultingprocess, tools and methodologies
• Leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies

Responsibilities:

• Being anexcellent team member on customer projects
• Capturing clientrequirements
• Participationin project scoping and solution development
• Projecttask management and execution
• Testing ofproposed solutions within lab environments
• Adoptingand learning new technologies
• Providingonsite and remote support
• Troubleshootingbusiness application issues
• Utilizing astructured project delivery methodology
• Understandinghow to obtain customer business requirements and mapping them to Microsoft D365Enterprise Delivery
• Designingsolutions using Microsoft D365 functions and features to meet businessobjectives
• Working andinteracting with customers in the configuration of their Microsoft D365 system
• Building successful customer relationships

BasicQualifications:

• Working towards a B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from anaccredited university
  in Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Business orEconomics; with a focus on Accounting and/or Management Information SystemsEngineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, Information Systems, MIS,Operations and Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science/Engineering.
• A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred
