The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky is $89,100.00 to $111,400.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

POSITION SUMMARY

PRUSA's Custom Single Barrel (CSB) program focuses on providing differentiated spirits offerings to retailers and consumers by offering individual barrel selections across our American Whiskeys and Agave brands.

As the CSB Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role - driving the vision, strategy, and ultimately being responsible for the results of the full CSB program across our brands. Partnering with the CSB Operations Manager, you will both execute and enable others by supporting the barrel program across all PRUSA functions as we sell-in, process, and deliver these barrel selections with the best-in-class experience.

This position reports to the VP, Prestige with a dotted-line to the Senior Director of the American Whiskey Collective (AWC).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Program Ownership

  • Drive CSB programs (vision, strategy, volume ambition, product architecture, allocations, budgeting, etc.)
  • Align, track, and report on relevant Commercial & Operational CSB KPIs; Deliver results
  • Support CSB Operations Manager in tasks as needed to drive Barrel Program sales and ops
  • New Item Set-up (e.g. COLAs, etc.)
  • Partner/align with cross-functionals to optimize Single Barrel Portal
  • Main Point of Contact (POC) for Commercial, Marketing, Finance; On-site CSB Commercial needs
  • Address issues that arise throughout value chain individually or via collaboration

- Asset Design & Delivery

  • Partner/align with Brand to create velocity driving tools and educational material for Field Sales & On-site selections
  • Ensure Barrel Coordinators execute on logo creation & approvals within SLA
  • Digital Mock-ups of custom bottles (e.g. PLCB, TWM, etc.)

- Field Coordination

  • Drive Field's focus and attention to barrel sales through one-to-one, one-to-many communications
  • Manage Founder participation in market visits and events that drive barrel sell-in and sell-out at retail; help with sell-in/sell-out when founders unavailable
  • Support Field as needed on local programming (i.e. custom POS, education series, barrel dinners)

- Business Development

  • ID new business and demand generation opportunities, secure resourcing as needed (e.g. whiskey club and corporate buyer demand generation, DTC, influencer interactions, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We seek a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills that can collaborate effectively across functions. and influence when necessary while individually being able to be data driven and analytically savvy.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience / Background:
    • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in relevant capacity within Commercial function
    • Previous 3-tier experience and understands or desire to learn bourbon category
  • Travel: This position may include some travel
