The AP Analyst, Vendor Communications Lead acts as a liaison between the vendor and accounts payable departments. They also lead training efforts for the accounts payable team's new hires. Ready to take your career to the next level? Let's talk!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Primary Duties and Responsibilities)
* Lead Vendor Communications needs such as: conveying to vendors the need to follow our new SAP invoice processes, explain what correct information needs to be on the invoices and where to send to (i.e., ensuring that vendors email invoices to appropriate inboxes.
* Daily vendor correspondence
* Vendor statement reconciliation
* AP training lead for new hires
* Creates an energized work environment, fostering an atmosphere that enables employee trust and engagement. Inspires confidence and motivates others to perform at their best.
* Performs other special assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required Experience, Education, Licenses, and Certifications)
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
* Minimum of two years' experience in accounts payable or other accounting related functions.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: (Examples below)
* A basic understanding of SAP reporting system,
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint Presentations
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally) with internal customers.
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Perform sedentary work- exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
