Job Description
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of real estate law experience to join the Real Estate Practice Group in our Jacksonville or Orlando office. Qualified candidates will have commensurate experience in real estate and financing transactions involving properties such as mixed use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc. Our ideal candidate will have experience conducting due diligence and reviewing and drafting documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements, among others.

We are seeking a well-rounded, highly motivated associate with strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate should expect direct interaction with both partners and clients and must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic.

To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
