The LMS Analyst is responsible for all labor management program design and system configuration. They design and maintain activity mapping and engineered labor standards to ensure accurate performance measurement across departments. They are also a key support for the picking operations team, leading changes to warehouse management, voice picking, and labor management systems. With user profiles closely tied to the LMS, this analyst also owns user access and creation across multiple systems. This role is based out of the Liberty Distribution Center with being on site preferred but does have the option to work remote at times.

Some of the responsibilities may include:

  • Maintains all labor management system (LMS) configuration, including activities, elements, labor units of measure, job jacket locations, travel, etc.
  • Establish and maintains labor standards, location mapping, and activity mapping to ensure accurate goal times for warehouse jobs.
  • Lead testing and validation of LMS updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Determine time study requirements and lead time study strategies to maintain accurate engineering labor standards.
  • Business lead for integration with other systems, including UKG, AccessDirect, Payroll, MIF.
  • Utilize SQL queries to investigate and diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Educate warehouse operations teams on how to use the labor management tool to drive productivity, conducting observations and labor planning.
  • Oversee the labor management implementation process across departments.
  • Create and maintain tools to analyze labor data, financial information, and key metrics to assist operations in cost reduction efforts.
  • Support development of informative reports and graphical representations focused on labor productivity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Engineering, IT, Business)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in project management, analysis, labor management, software implementation, and team leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in successful process improvement initiatives and effective change management examples
  • Warehouse, distribution center or fulfillment center experience preferred
  • Experience with labor management software, Manhattan preferred
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related discipline
  • Should be detail-oriented problem-solver who is able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills and can work effectively both independently and in teams
